Service Agreement
By scheduling service with Chippewa Valley Gutter Cleaning, LLC ("CVGC," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions.
All services are provided on an as-is basis. We will perform gutter cleaning, roof snow removal, and related services with reasonable care and skill using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If debris from our cleaning causes a blockage within 30 days of service, we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
This guarantee DOES cover:
- Debris we missed during the original cleaning
- Blockages caused by material left behind by our crew
- Workmanship defects in our service
This guarantee does NOT cover:
- New debris accumulation from trees, storms, or weather events
- Damage caused by acts of nature (wind, hail, ice storms, fallen branches)
- Pre-existing damage to gutters, fascia, or roofing
- Clogs caused by pest activity (birds, squirrels, etc.)
- Properties where gutter guards were installed after our service
Fortress Plan Unlimited Protection
Customers enrolled in our annual Fortress Plan ($499/year) receive unlimited gutter cleanings and our extended "No-Clog" guarantee. This premium guarantee covers return visits for any reason, including new debris accumulation, for the duration of the subscription period.
Fortress Plan benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the property address on file. Cancellation of the Fortress Plan reverts coverage to the standard 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee.
Storm Response & Emergency Services
Storm Response services are provided on an emergency basis during active weather events. Due to the hazardous nature of this work, Storm Response pricing includes a Storm Surge Fee based on building height:
- Single Story: Base price + $200 Storm Surge Fee
- Two Story: Base price + $350 Storm Surge Fee
- Three Story+: Base price + $500 Storm Surge Fee
Storm Response services are provided "as conditions allow." We reserve the right to delay or reschedule service if conditions become too dangerous for our crew. Safety is our top priority.
Liability & Insurance
Chippewa Valley Gutter Cleaning, LLC is fully insured. We carry general liability insurance to protect your property during service.
Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the performance of services. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to gutters, fascia, roofing, or siding
- Damage caused by defective or deteriorated materials
- Consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect losses
- Damage discovered more than 7 days after service completion
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For subscription services (Fortress Plan), payment is processed annually via credit card. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 trip fee if our crew has already been dispatched.
